They are celebrating a newly paved 2,300 ft. runway with an additional 700 ft. of grass (total 3,000 ft.) for the taildraggers, as well as new hangars for lunch and seating. Pilots and passengers eat free!

    Flying instructions: Fly to MI93, 9 miles S/W of KGRR under outer 2,000 ft. Class C ring. Pattern is 1,800 ft. MSL, left-hand standard pattern. Watch out for tower south of the field in pattern at 1,600 ft. MSL. Please contact 122.90 2-3 miles out.

In addition, we will have "Hairless Joe," a WWII era C-47 from the Michigan Flight Museum, on the field and offering rides for a fee. This event will be hit for all ages and promises to be the perfect photo op for your family. The event will run rain or shine.
