Sept. 14, 2024 2024 Grass is a Gas Poker Run sponsored by Brainerd EAA Chapter 1610 7:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. KBRD Brainerd, MN Start and finish at Brainerd, fly to four grass strips in northern Minnesota, play your hand when you return. Great prizes for best three hands and many, many prizes by drawing. Registration opens at 7:30 a.m., briefing at 8:15 a.m. and return to Brainerd by 1:30 p.m. One hand per person, max of two hands per aircraft. Waukesha County Airport Crites Field, Food Truck Fridays. From Memorial Day to Labor Day 11 AM to 1:30 PM on the east side of the Terminal Building 2525 Aviation Drive will be a Food Truck. Stop on in for a different truck each week. For your drive-in convenience you can tune into aircraft and traffic communication on 101.3 on your radio.
